BMW F650 front sprocket

I recently lost my front sprocket while I was riding in Portugal, having to tow my bike back home. I took the opportunity to try the 15 teeth sprocket mod. The stock one has 16 teeth, and I decided to switch to 15 because the bike is really unconfortable to ride at ~30kph on the city, having to continuously shift first and second gear.

You can find more info about the front and back sprockets and their gear ratios in this website, but basically the bike now stops vibrating and stalling under 3k rpms, and the second gear becomes usable at 25 kph, so riding in the city is now much more comfy.

The part is JFT402-15. To install it just remove the front sprocket cover, you need to unscrew three allen screws, to unscrew the lower one, you will need to push down the foot brake lever. Depending on the year of your bike, you will find a circlip or a nut keeping the sprocket in place. For me it was a circlip, which you really should replace everytime you change the sprocket. The part number for the circlip is 23002343192. There's also a o-ring behind the sprocket, which you should also replace, it's part number is 23002343260. This bike is one of a few where you can install the sprocket barehanded, no tools needed, it will gently slide in place. As you can see in the picture, I also ordered the clutch lever, which broke when I dropped the bike off road.
